Yes, even the pregnant celebrities have to go to jail for DUIs. But this wasn't like Paris Hilton, Richie will only have to serve three days. That's right she was given a total of four days for her prison term and she gets to pick which jail she does her time in. Oh wow. But she was told if she killed someone, she'd get murder. Ummmm, I thought that would go without saying.
Currently Nicole is due to give birth sometime in January. BTW- she must go to jail before September.
