Ellen DeGeneres is getting married to long-time girlfriend, Portia now that California is welcoming gay marriages. She even got Portia some pink diamonds as an engagement ring and the couple already have a wedding date picked out but they are telling.

Britney Spears and Kevin Headed back to Custody Hearing

Britney Spears was awarded night visitation as well, you know where the kids can stay over now instead of just her visiting them three days a week. This definitely pleased her, so much that she attempted to get more. Things didn't go as she might've thought, however they will now be going back for another custody hearing in August. Kevin wants sole and physical custody but for Britney to keep her days. Do you think she'd been punished enough or is this safer for the boys?

Tim Russert Died

Tim Russert of NBC's "Meet the Press" has died after having a heart attack Friday afternoon while doing a voiceover for the show. NBC actually waited 15 minutes before going live to announce it as they wanted to contact his wife and son first. HE was only 58 when he died.

Tim has been diagnosed with asymptomatic coronary artery disease and died when the cholestrol plague ruptured. He will be greatly missed.

Justin Timberlake is NOT Engaged

Justin Timberlake has recently told Jay Leno on the "Tonight Show," that he is NOT engaged or pregnant like rumors have stated. Rumor had it he was popping the question to Jessica Biel a little over a week ago, but it is apparently not true. That or she turned him down. OUCH.
