Police are beginning to wonder if the beauty queen didn't fake the pepper spray incident. Now reports already stated there was evidence of it on the dress. Does this mean she may have sprayed the dress after being up on stage? Hmmm, one can only wonder.
According to Ingrid Marie Rivera, "Why would I do that?" No one knows for sure what happened, I guess we'll wait for the investigation to end before we hear anything.
