Britney Wins back Kids

Britney Spears went to court yesterday to fight for more visitation for her boys, currently she gets them supervised for what seems like once a month. The judge decided to allow her three days of supervised visits per week and overnighters. Woo hoo. Course Britney would like to split custody in half with Kevin, which means she'll be going back to court, she'd like to have this by August. Not so sure this will happen, as I'm sure the judge is only willing to do baby steps.

Courtney Henggeler, a soon-to-be Star

You may and may not have heard of Courtney Henggeler yet, but it'll be soon because this girl is starting to make waves in the entertainment biz. Currently she's showed up at "The Big Bang Theory, House and Criminal Minds." However, it was the movie, "Bog" back in 2003 that would launch her career.

Last night on "The Big Bang Theory" she played a woman trying to help to physicists by showing them it is okay to have life outside the lab. I'm sure with her performance she'll be landing much bigger roles soon. I can't wait to watch her become a star.

Angel Harvey has Died

Angel Harvey died in her home this past Saturday at the age of 92. Angel, wife to Paul Harvey, radio legend, was also known as The First Lady of Radio, she will be missed. She'd been struggling with Leukemia for a while. The couple had been married since 1940 and were still going strong.

Chloe Dao, famous purse designer, has created a purse that is just perfect for today's women. It's the technology purse, which has an area for all your cards because, well we all need a slot for them. It's not like we carry around cash anymore. An area for our ear plugs for our MP3 players, etc. You can even slide in your players or Ninetendo DS.

Chloe was also been chosen to re-design three bridesmaids' dresses for Project Runway. It wasn't as simple as that either, these women wanted to be able to wear them again, not just for a wedding. She took the challenge and boy did she come out with some nice pieces.

Rita Rudner has had 2000 shows on "The Strip" in Vegas. For those that may not know Rita Rudner is a comedian who began her career as a choir girl. Talk about something to talk about at her next class reunion. This girl has become such a success since her 2002 appearance and with that many shows one can guess she'll be around for a lot longer, that is as long as she can keep coming up with the funny.

Rita started off at New York New York and moved on down to Harrah's and later this month we can all watch her on tv. (end of May) If you love Rita Rudner you should probably check out her books, she is currently about to have her 7th book come out.

Tom Cruise Count down

Tom Cruise bought his domain name back in 2006, but it wasn't until a few days ago that people noticed that TomCruise.com is finally active. While there isn't much on the site, we do see a countdown. Right now it shows 22 hours and 46 minutes. I'm guessing at that time the site will finally be active.

What do you think will appear? Is Tom about to launch links to his favorite interviews, tv shows, etc? Will he answer those questions so many of us have about his family? Guess we'll find out on Monday.

Miley Cyrus Grounded over Pictures

Miley Cyrus has supposibly been grounded and not by her parents but by Disney. Due to the upset of parents over what Miley has done Disney decided to limit her appearances. She was suppose to show up this weekend at the Disney Games in Florida but it won't be happening.

Death at Disneyland

TMZ has just reported that a man possibly leaped to his death at Disneyland today. A man fell from a 16th floor earlier today at the Disneyland hotel. Currently it is being investigated. Now the man was sharing the room with his co-worker, I'm sure we'll learn more throughout the day.

A Plumm Summer Premiere

The movie, "A Plumm Summer" had its premiere over the weekend and was a hit. For those of you that may have missed it, you can still catch it until May 4th.

Disney isn't Innocent

Disney recently told Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana to lay low after photos of her Vanity Fair shoot hit the net and of course her recent display of underclothes. However, Disney isn't totally innocent when it comes to showing the young girls.

Now in the article Mickey Mouse Operation written by Daniel Brook he was in China when he came across a billboard ad by Disney, at least that's what the logo on it. Why was it such a surprise? It was bright red with a little girl (about 12) on it, wearing nothing more than a bra and panties and holding two Mickey Mouse Puppets. Ummm, a bit too much for someone so young?

While kids wearing underwear in catalogs is common, it isn't so much with Disney. Disney, at least to parents, is a sacred thing, a place for the innocent. Now Daniel did contact Disney to ask about the ad, especially with all the Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana drama. They say they were shocked and had no knowledge of the ad and it would be taken down immediately. Check out the article for the pic.

Disney has come forward to warn Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, to lay low. What does this mean for Miley/Hannah fans? They probably won't be seeing much of her for a little while, at least not until its time for her to promote something. In the meantime she needs to get her good girl image back.

Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, will be participating in the upcoming Disney Games. Along with Hannah you will also get to see characters from: Cory in the House, Suite Life, The Cheetah Girls, Jonas Brothers, Wizards of Waverly Place along with many others. All this is going towards charity.

The Disney Games will take place in Orlando Florida this upcoming week. Even though this will take place next week, no one will see it until later this summer. What do you think they'll be doing and who do you think will win?

Miranda Lambert Cleared

Miranda Lambert has been cleared of all chargers from the allegation that she assaulted a fan earlier this past week. The fan had stated that Miranda pushed her several times after she asked her for an autograph in Tyler's. Police discovered it was all false and never happened, in return they've arrested the fan for a false report.

It seems like all the young celebrities are pregnant lately but one that everyone is wondering about, Ashlee Simpson, seems to be trying to avoid the question if she is pregnant. Does this mean she is? Or is she just tired of everyone asking? Even when Ellen DeGeneres tried getting the answer she was able to dodge the question with one back, "Do I look like I ate 10 cheeseburgers?" haha. Very good Ashlee.

The guy's hand rests on her panties as she stares up at the camera. While I'm sure this is just her teen side showing, I do worry she's showing people a bit too much. Stanley Kamel from 90210 was found dead in his home Tuesday around 4p.m. There is no news on the cause of death, just that there is an investigation going on.

JLo has finally given birth but no one is revealing where she and the babies are at. The twins were a boy and a girl, the little girl was first to be born, weighing in at 5lbs 7oz and her brother came moments later at 6lbs.

Britney Spears 2 Week Hospital Stay

Britney Spears was quickly taken to the hospital with a huge police force and ambulance lat last week. Over the weekend her father was granted conservator of everything, which gave him the power to put guards at her house and place a restraining order on her manager, Sam Lutfi. Which of course he has done, Britney went nuts when this happened, however judge agreed with it. Unlike Brit's last hospital stay, this time she can't check out....at least not for two weeks. In the meantime her dad has control of everything, at least until Feb 14th. Yes,I know it's Valentine's Day, this'll be one lady that hates that day. No news on the custody hearing.

Well she hasn't officially stated she's pregnant but TMZ.com caught her much earlier today right before she was to head out to a 24 hour gym. They told her she needed to put a jacket on before she got sick, her response, ""I'm already very sick, but in a good way." So does this mean there'll be another Baby Brit running around in a few months?

Heath Ledger Dead

Heath Ledger, Brokeback Mountain, is dead at the age of 28. Earlier today, 3:32 p.m. Heath Ledger was found dead in his Manhattan apartment, naked, face down on his floor. His housecleaner and massuese found him when he did not answer his door. Police state there were pills at the scene, but I'm thinking it was health issues. They do not believe this was a crime. More news as it comes....

Britney Spears' Deposition

Britney Spears was seen going into her deposition yesterday, yes even on a holiday, to meet with Federline's attorney. The meeting normally only takes a few minutes, or at least that is normally how long people see her in there for. However, this time she spent more than two hours in there and came out just fine. No tears or antics. Has Britney realized Kevin's had enough and is out for blood if she doesn't cool it? One could only hope.

Kiefer Suttherland is Free

Kiefer Sutherland is finally a free man after doing time behind bars at the Glendale County Jail. He spent 48 days there, while cooking for fellow inmates. Sutherland went to jail after being caught on a DUI. He will still have to do his alcohol treatment classes but that shouldn't be too hard for him after being in jail.

Britney Spears Hospitalized

Britney Spears has been hospitalized after a standoff between herself, two lawyers, a few police officers and Kevin's body guard. Why? It seems the body guard came to get the boys and she wasn't ready to give them up, she wanted them to stay overnight. I'm guessing she's at the end of her rope, she just wants her life back and her family. Police suggested that she was acting weird and seemed to be on something, after much debate Sean was brought to Kevin but Jayden had to go to the hospital. TMZ is reporting that Cedars-Sinai now has Brit in their custody and she's under a 5051 which means she's a possible threat to herself and others. Did they really think this wouldn't happen? Look at this past year, this was bound to finally happen.

This is so not what Britney needs at the beginning of a new year. With all her bad luck, things were starting to shine with the pop star not partying in the new year. However now she is looking at losing her custody lawyer. Will she find a new one in time for her next big hearing?

Jamie Lynn Pregnant

Jamie Lynn Spears, from Zoey101, is pregnant with boyfriend Casey Aldridge's baby. The couple have been dating now for about two years and got a little carried away one night about 12 weeks ago. Jamie has issued her story to OK Magazine.

"I can’t say it was something I was planning to do right now," the 16-year-old confesses to OK!. "But now that it’s in my lap and that it’s something I have to deal with, I’m looking forward to being the best mom I can be."

There ya have it folks, the 16 year old is having a baby and plans on keeping it. I just hope she is a better mother than Britney.

Hannah knew fans wanted to see her and she extended her tour for an extra 10 more dates, to get a few more to be able to see her. However ticket prices are now soaring high once again, they've went from $21 to as high as $300. Would you buy a ticket?

Christina Silva Gives Up Crown

Christina Silva, former Miss California 2008 has just given up her brand-new crown. Why? It seems there was an accounting error and the wrong Miss was given the crown. Do you think this is fair? While it seems only fair to give it to the woman that had the most votes it was already passed out. That someone was Christina Silva who probably felt great, achievement, honor and pride and now she must lose all that. This is such a shame, I do hope they take proper precautions during the next Miss Pageant.

Imus hit the waves today, I think this was time...heck I don't think he ever should've been kicked off the air waves. My only hope is that this won't alter the way he talks on the radio. Now he has vowed that he would not say anything like that again, so he should have an enjoyable ride.

I must admit he didn't sound like he'd lost his voice when he said Hilary Clinton was Satan. I coulnd't help but laugh, Imus is back and so far it looks like it is the old Imus.

Hannah Montana Tickets are Crazy

Hannah Montana tickets are so hard to get that people are willing to do crazy things in order to get them. In the Carolinas there were two moms that finally decided to split tickets together after spending many hours standing beside some cars. Today I read that a man spent 6 days hanging on to a statue for his chance to win some tickets. Man that was some work out, but at least he got tickets.

Evel Knievel Dies

Evel Knievel died last night at the age of 69 of liver failure. Evel was known for his daredevil stunts, at one time even even rode is motorcycle over 13 buses. He leaves behind three daughters and a son. His son Robbie is following in his footsteps.

Knievel had failing health for many years, from diabetes, broken bones to liver failure. While we all may have heard of his stunts, he retired back in the 80s. We do hope that he is doing stunts where ever he is.

Police are beginning to wonder if the beauty queen didn't fake the pepper spray incident. Now reports already stated there was evidence of it on the dress. Does this mean she may have sprayed the dress after being up on stage? Hmmm, one can only wonder.

According to Ingrid Marie Rivera, "Why would I do that?" No one knows for sure what happened, I guess we'll wait for the investigation to end before we hear anything.

Santa has decided to give the kids to Britney Spears for Christmas. Okay, Santa isn't but Kevin Federline has decided to let her have the kids for Christmas since he got them on Thanksgiving. Hmmm, I wonder if he already had Christmas party plans. Either way I sure hope Britney takes advantage with this and makes it a memorable one for those boys. Is it true, Angelina Jolie might actually lose custody of little Zahara? I hope this isn't, as much as people hate that her and Brad keep adopting children this little girl has been with them for a while and developed strong ties to them.

Georges Marciano, founder of Guess, bought Sotheby's 84.37-carat white diamond. The diamond sold for 16.2 million, it was estimated between $13.3- $17.8 million. Marciano made the winning bid by phone on Wednesday. Now for Georges to find a home for the precious stone. As for naming the stone, her name is Chloe, after his daughter in California.

Course I don't think she had much of a choice, with her ever growing belly how could she deny it anymore. No one was going to believe that the perfect baby bump was anything but a baby. Katie Holmes in NYC Marathon

Over the weekend Katie Holmes ran in the 26.2 mile long NYC Marathon, upon finishing the course Tom Cruise, Suri and the rest of Katie's family from Ohio were there to root her on. Tom and Suri even stopped in at Central Park to give her a quick smooch before she finished the race. She may not have placed first in the marathon but I'm sure little Suri will always look up to her mom for doing it.

No, she isn't returning to "The View," instead she will have her own show on MSNBC. I wonder if we'll hear a lot of Donald and Elisabeth, I'm sure she isn't done poking fun at either of them yet. Now NBC and MSNBC aren't making any comments except to say the deal hasn't been signed yet. But it does look like it would be at night, which would not interfere with "The View" ratings in any way.
