Wow, I can't believe she cut that beautiful hair. But it seems that she is much happier with it. Have ya noticed the trend in short hair cuts lately? First is was Victoria Beckham, then Katie Holmes and now Paris?

Paris was spotted in Malibu over the weekend partying it up with Kid Rock and many other celebrities.

By the way, the hair wasn't recently chopped, this is just her without the extensions.

Owen Wilson Hospitalized & Statement

Owen Wilson was rushed by ambulance from his home after attempting to take his own life.

Owen did give Star a quote, "I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time."

I think this is a very reasonable request and I plan on not writing anything about him until he is out of the hospital. Wishing you a speedy recovery Owen!

Britney Spears Investgated for Child Abuse

While this may not be much news it seems the DCFS is investigating Spears for child abuse. Now before anyone gets upset, it isn't that she hit her kids.

involves allegations of poor dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits for her kids....

Ali follows Lindsay's Lead

It seems that Ali is following in her bigger sister, Lindsay Lohan's footsteps. Late Friday night, she snuck out and got into a traffic accident. Actually it was her 16 year-old boyfriend that got into the accident, but she was in the car.

Ooops...before I report this I better let ya'll know TMZ has just reported this is FALSE. Ali was never in the car, it did happen but it isn't her boyfriend and she wasn't in the car.

Lindsay Lohan in Rehab or Camp?

Many have been asking is the Celebrity Rehab centers rehab or camp? I'm not entirely sure yet, it seems that the latest few that have went into rehab come out worse than they were before.

For instance, Lindsay originally got into trouble when she hit a curb and cut up grass. Okay, she goes into rehab and comes out only to end up drinking again and this time stealing a car while chasing someone down. Lets not forget she stole the car with people in it. Ummm, this isn't the type of thing that should happen AFTER rehab. But it is only 30 days.


Now if you think about it when someone goes in for rehab don't they normally stay inside the walls the entire time? At celebrity rehabs you'll catch most celebrities out hitting beaches, or recently it was reported that Lindsay got a tan at a Salon. Ummm, to me that isn't rehab when you can come and go as ya please. YES, they do walk around with someone but come on.

Vick Pleads Guilty to Dogfighting and will be headed to prison. The question is for how long? Apparently a deal was reached and now we wait to hear how long he'll go to prison.

Hilary Duff Hangs at Les Deux

Last night Hilary Duff and Haylie were both spotted hanging out with friends at the Les Deux, a popular club hang out for celebrities. Hilary showed up with her boyfriend, Mike Comrie and ended up shying away from cameras. Course not before they could take lots of snapshots of her in the car. It seems that when Hilary is nervous she bites her nails, either that or she thinks something is on her teeth.



Haylie attended the club with friends, Adrian Grenier and Kevin Connolly. It's nice to see sisters hanging out, even when both lead demanding lives. I think it is cute that women still hold each other's hands when hanging out in public.

Jenna Bush has just announced that her party days are over. That's right, the president's daughter is planning on getting married. Jenna's boyfriend, Henry Hager, popped the question on August 15th. I wonder if this means the US will pay for Jenna's wedding? Jenna is the first daughter to get publically engaged while in office.

Rumor mill: Jenna got engaged because she was pregnant.

Dismissing rumor as this couple have been together for over a year now. It was about time they announced an engagement.

My guess is she didn't give them the interview they were really hoping for. Of course they didn't, this was just another one of her "storm-outs." For a girl that supposibly wants to make a comeback this is definitely NOT helping.

According to Editor-in-chief Linda Wells:

“Britney showed up for Allure’s cover shoot on time and ready to work. She was entirely unself-conscious: She took off her wig and then stripped down to the waist, for no apparent reason, before sitting for hair and makeup. She was agreeable and cooperative, but that was the last we saw of her … she missed four appointments for an interview.”

Sounds like she was okay with getting the photo shoot down but to actually be asked questions was a definitely "no" in Britney's book.

Anne Hathaway was discovered enjoying some water time on a red beauty down in Portocervo, Italy.

Matthew McConaughey was caught catching some waves, which I think is his favorite place. Every picture I've seen of him lately has been him enjoying the waves. ContactMusic has even voted him #1 in the top 5 beach bums this summer. Can ya blame him though?

Currently Matthew is between films, his last one was "We Are Marshall" in 2006 and his new one will begin filming next year called, "Fool's Gold."

Rumer explains Dunce Cap Photo

Rumer told People Magazine:

"That picture was taken from a photo shoot we did for the movie for a calendar in the film that shows [the sorority girls] going too far. Somebody happened to take a picture and leak it. It is what it is."

This is for an upcoming movie called, "House Bunny," where Rumer plays the role of a girl that is shy and insecure. She's been wearing a brace even though she could've had it removed a few years ago. Living in a sorority dorm, this sounds like it could get very interesting.

Bard & Ang to Add Another

It seems that Brad and Ang are looking at the children they have and realizing they've left poor little Zahara out. See Maddox now has a brother, Pax, which he looks more like. Shiloh looks like her birth parents and then you have Little Z in the corner and doesn't look like any of them. So, in order to make her feel better they want to adopt another child, this time from Africa.



I guess this means we'll see another tattoo going up on Angelina Jolie's arm soon. Guess this dismisses the pregnancy rumors.

Miss America Pageant Moves

CMT has dropped the Miss America Pageant and TLC has picked it up. So now these beautiful women will come between house projects and reality tv. But that's not all they'll be doing, it seems TLC wants to make Miss America into a reality tv show. Their plans are to show what it is like living as Miss America.

Oh boy this should be loads of fun. I wonder if there will be cat fights and stealing of other people's jewelry. Guess we'll wait to see.

Zac Efron wears a Commitment Ring

Zac Efron is weraing a commitment ring, but its not what we all think. At least that's what he wants everyone to believe, because he tried playing down the ring in The Rolling Stones Magazine interview.

Wow, I didn't see that one coming. But according to TMZ, Brad Pitt arrived yesterday afternoon for his turn at jury duty. Yep, he actually showed up wearing a tie and all. Hmm, I guess even stars get called to do their community service. No one knows yet if he was picked but something tells me they'll let him go, that is unless they want to make an example out of him and show that even the stars do this.

What's Wrong with Katie Holmes?

I believe that Katie Holmes is experiencing what many of us brestfeeding mothers have experienced at least once in our life.....leaking. Now I could be wrong, maybe she's holding her shirt because it is cold outside, or a button came loose, but she's definitely holding it in these shots.



What's your guess? We all know Suri wasn't spotted coming out of the LA airport with Katie Holmes. If she is breastfeeding she would've needed to express milk during that trip. Being a breastfeeding mom if you hear a child cry you could automatically begin. Or maybe it's nothing and she's always held her shirts closed, but I don't remember seeing shots like this before.

Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes Can't Party

On Friday, August 3rd, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were denied entry into Byblos Hotel’s Caves Du Roi club in St. Tropez. The VIP room was completely full and the club would not bend the rules, even Tom's security guard tried convincing them to let Tom and Katie in.

Club bouncers refused to let Tom and Katie into the club when they arrived at 11pm, despite pleas from the pair’s security, who reportedly said: “Are you serious? It’s Tom Cruise.”

A club source explained: “The VIP area was full and the management weren’t willing to move the guests already there to make room for Tom."

Not to worry though, Tom & Katie were spotted coming out of another club later that night.

Disney to Make 'The Dangerous Book for Boys' a Movie

Walt Disney Pictures has decided to make the book 'The Dangerous Book for Boys' into a movie. This should get very interesting. I haven't yet had a chance to read this book but I've seen the reviews of it all over the net.

I can see this movie become a comedy between father and son. Can you picture those moments between dad and boy now? Thankfully Disney is the one that is making it into a movie, it'll be clean for the most part.

Things that might be seen: Dad trying to build a treehouse and nailing himself to it, the talk, advice on dating, etc.

Paris' Night at the Playboy Mansion

Paris recently took her little sister, Nicky, over to the Playboy Mansion. Such a great bonding moment. Don'tcha think? But of course they didn't go alone, Nicky's boyfriend, David Katzenberg, had to tag along as well. Either he doesn't trust her or he wanted to see some bunnies....my guess is on the bunnies.

Paris wore a black and white lingerie outfit designed by agent provocateur which she hid under a black and white dalmation jacket. Her sister Nicky wore a black and gray baby doll outfit designed by agent provocateur. It does look like the two had a lot of fun though.

Tom Cruise and Family Jet-skiing

Tom Cruise took a break from filming, "Valkyrie" to have a weekend of fun with Katie Holmes and their daughter Suri. Take a look at these photos. Doesn't it look like fun? I must say Katie does look happy.



Course if ya examine these photos you can see that Suri was not happy about being in the water, or maybe this was after being in the water a while and was not happy to go on shore. If it were mine, she'd be screaming the water was cold. This was taken during their time in Sardinia, Italy with their pals James Packer and wife, Erica Baxter.

Madonna may Lose David

Even after having David for the past 6 months Malawi may decide to make him go back home. Why? Because the person that was assessing Madonna and Little David accepted funds, which compromised his opinion and since Malawi doesn't have money they can't send people over to assess Madonna.

According to DailyMail:

Last week Mr Kilembe claimed that social services in povertystricken Malawi did not have enough cash to pay for two visits planned to see David in Britain.

If the country is so povertystriken, why not let little David stay somewhere that someone will be able to provide for him. Focus more on those that don't have homes, instead of the one child that has a home to a celebrity.

So, unless they can come out within the next few months, Madonna may have to send Little David back.

"We have been unable to travel because of logistical problems," Mr Kilembe said on Friday. "It requires some resources for me to travel."

But if Madonna did try to solve the problem by funding his visits, she risks being accused of hoping to secure a favourable report.

TMZ has announced that Usher and Tameka Foster got married over the weekend, actually on Friday, August 3rd. My guess is that something had gone wrong with the pregnancy and they wanted Tameka to take it easy, due to the pregnancy. Remember last week they called off their very expensive wedding, the invitations alone were $10,000.

Eddie Murphy Speaks Up

Eddie Murphy's lawyer has spoken up for him a day after Melanie Brown makes statements about him and their baby, Angel, being a planned pregnancy. It seems Eddie didn't plan on getting Melanie pregnant and he is upset that he is being accused of NOT paying child support.

"Mr. Murphy and Ms. Brown dated very briefly and never made any plans of ANY sort," the statement said. "He acknowledges paternity of the child Angel, and has paid child support to Ms. Brown as well as covering the expenses of her pregnancy."

Don't plan on Eddie speaking about this any time in the near future either as the report stated,

"Eddie views this as a private matter and as such, will not be making any further comments about it."

The good thing is at least everyone knows he is taking care of his responsiblities.

What is Promises Rehab Really Doing?

We've all heard of the famous drug rehab center called, "Promises." It's the place where some very high profiling celebrities go, and so does the media when it happens. So why is it this place doesn't seem to be working? I mean you've got Britney Spears who checks in and comes and goes as she pleases, in the end she says it was all bogus. Next up, we see Lindsay Lohan enter and exit any time she wants, sure she's got her babysitter wtih her but what good is that.



Now we hear that both had boyfriends while doing their stint in rehab. Hmm, something doesn't look right there. To top it off, Lindsay obviously didn't do well there as she recently got in trouble for....DUI....again.

According to Pet Star:

"He was a married guy from the Midwest with a nice body. He was having fun with Lindsay. She called him her ‘rehab boyfriend.’ They would fool around all the time. And they weren’t just kissing. He was in her room often.”

Maybe if they take out the "boyfriends" these girls may actually have a chance.

Whoopi Goldberg Replaces Rosie

It's official, the girls on "The View" announced that Whoopi Goldberg will be replacing Rosie O'Donnell. Whoopi is really excited about the show and can't wait to jump in between everyone talking. So maybe this means we won't have to hear a lot about Donald Trump. The View is still trying to find one more person but no one knows just who it will be, it was going to be Sherri Shepherd but something happened. Guess we'll hear about that later this week.

Melanie Brown has taken Eddie Murphy back to court, but this time it's for a little money. She is upset that even though it has been proven that Eddie is Angel's daddy there is no documentation of it.

"I am here today for one reason and one reason only; her name is Angel," Brown said. "Angel is my baby and Eddie's. She will always know that she was planned and wanted by both of us."

Eddie, who already has 5 kids, recently announced his engagement to Tracey Edmonds.
