Happy 21st Birthday Lindsay Lohan!
That's right readers, today Lindsay will be officially old enough to drink. But from what I hear this will be a dry birthday, no alcohol for this 21 year old. Way to go Lindsay!
This girl is planning on turning over a whole new leaf for this birthday. Not only is she still in rehab and planning on staying there until she feels more comfortable but she's already moving out of her old place. This is a great step in staying sober.
